By using ChronicAlly ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
What ChronicAlly Is
ChronicAlly is a personal health tracking tool. It helps you log symptoms, interventions, and notes, and shows you patterns in your data over time.
What ChronicAlly Is Not
ChronicAlly is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The patterns and correlations shown in the app are informational only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.
Your Responsibilities
- Accurate data — you're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
- Account security — keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account.
- Appropriate use — use the Service for its intended purpose of personal health tracking.
Your Data
You own your data. We store it to provide the Service, but it belongs to you. You can export or delete it at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle it.
Subscriptions & Payment
- ChronicAlly offers a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial.
- After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service.
- Payments are processed by our merchant of record. We do not store your payment details.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
Disclaimers
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- Correlation analysis shows statistical patterns, not medical causation.
- We are not responsible for decisions you make based on data shown in the app.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChronicAlly's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, health outcomes, or profits.
Account Termination
- By you — you can close your account at any time from your settings. All your data will be permanently deleted.
- By us — we may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. We'll notify you by email and give you an opportunity to export your data first, unless the violation is severe.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state law.
